Featuring the same high quality design and workmanship as the orleans series models, the orleans and companion flutes of the Grand Prix de Paris brand are made of durable nickel silver with an attractive silver plated finish. They are characterized by excellent response and intonation.

• CY head
  With a double flared opening and a unique embouchure hole recess design that provides excellent response and a rich, warm tone, the CY head helps beginners quickly learn to produce a beautiful sound. Experienced players will appreciate its fast and even response in all registers.
• Abutments
  The abutments have been redesigned and expanded in thickness for increased durability and strength, and to maintain proper alignment of the tubes.
  Keys
  Key shape and placement have been designed with ergonomics in mind for a comfortable and natural performance feel. The keys are assembled and adjusted manually to provide perfect balance and “feel”.
• Adjusting screws
  Yamaha’s unique screw resistance inserts allow for even adjustment and prevent gradual misalignment of the screws. Screw positions have been modified for easier access.
  Alignment marks
  Leg alignment marks facilitate proper positioning for novice players.
